New Associate Principal Announced for 2023/2024

Dear families and staff of St. Teresa of Calcutta School,
As you may already know, Associate Principal Mark Matsalla will be taking a temporary leave of absence over the upcoming 2023/2024 school year while he and his family pursue opportunities abroad. Mark has been a respected administrator in the division since 2017. I know I speak with many in saying that, while he will be very missed, we all wish him and his family a safe and blessed adventure ahead.
In preparation for the upcoming school year, I am pleased to let you know that Mr. Travis Magierowski has agreed to transfer to St. Teresa of Calcutta School to serve as Associate Principal. Mr. Magierowski has administrative experience across a variety of grades and has been serving as Associate Principal at Father Leonard Van Tighem School for the past five years. There is no doubt that his passion for fostering genuine relationships and working collaboratively to support all learners will encourage the staff and students at St. Teresa of Calcutta School to continue to flourish.
As we are quickly approaching the end of the school year, please join me in prayer and blessing for the staff and students of St. Teresa of Calcutta School - for a restful and well-deserved summer break and an inspiring year of new learning to come.
